You can use creamy base eye shadow white or cream colour high light at the inner corner if yr skin near the eye area's a bit dry but for oily skin people will be better to use the powder type.
The white glimmer on the inside corners of the models eyes... is that best created by a cream powder or do you have a better recommendation?
