ReplyDeleteApply your normal mascara before applying glitter mascara. Don't apply too thick! Also choose a glitter mascara with the fine glitter like this "Yibi" starry mascara is not bad!

I only mention that "Yibi" have this bling bling/shinny liner & mascara as lots of my clients & friends are looking for products like this! You need not have to agree with what my recommendation as I'm only trying my best to let everyone know what's new in Singapore!!!

ReplyDeleteYou can apply the glitter eyeliner above the normal black eyeliner or I use to just dab it on the eyelid after I've apply the eye shadow just to give it a little glamour, also a little under the eye lashes area!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the help Andy! Above the normal black eyeliner would mean very close to the black line right? if we apply it on our lower lash line do we just use it at the " yan tou " ( front of the lower lash line?
