With more than 20 years of experience in the makeup.I was also beauty consultant/advisor for international beauty products companies & recently been appointed as a member of the Talent Advisory Panel for beauty & wellness with Singapore People's Association.Local publication "Her World" voted me "Best Makeup Artist" in 2002 and I was invited to sit in the judging panels of national competitions like "Matatila Beauty/Hair (Jakarta/Indonesia) 2003" and "Her World Beauty Awards 2006".
I love their lipstick and lip liner. Also, their eyeshadows are pretty good too.NYX is one of my favorite makeup. It's inexpensive but the product could be compare with MAC (that's my opinion). Overall, I recommend it for people who can't afford to buy MAC or expensive makeup brand.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the information Ohrenishi! :)
ReplyDeleteI bought their blush in Nutmeg and it's not bad, I must say.
ReplyDeleteI watch A TON of makeup videos on Youtube (a great great source for info. on everything!) and most Gurus gave thumbs up for their products. If you don't mind, I would recommand watching kandeejohnson's channel. :)
Thanks a million Valenciayin! The kandeejohnson's channel's great! She's a fantastic makeup guru. :)
ReplyDeletethe Round lipstick from NYX are pretty good for the price you're paying (ranges from $1 to $2.50). the downside is they're so creamy that if you have chapped lips or dry lips, the lipstick would look horrid. their eyeshadow pigmentation is pretty good but not sure about staying power. i purchased 2 blushes and they are highly pigmented & have decent staying power (maybe 4-5 hours?). skip their lipglosses, they're cheap and the packaging breaks easily. their lipliners and jumbo eyeshadow pencils are amazingly creamy as well. i purchased an eyeshadow brush and fan brush and so far no shedding (washed atleast 3x already). my favorite product has to be the mosaic powder, i use it to highlight my cheekbones and down the strip of my nose - @ $6.50 it's definitely a cheaper alternative to high end highlighting powders. also skip their liquid eyeliner, it flakes off after it dries.
ReplyDeleteGreat information & thanks Sweetdawlz! :)
