Radiant Youth Essence from Bio Essence

Have anyone used this essence so far? Saw lots of good reviews about it but not sure is it really that great?
Ingredients:
Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) Extract, Lycium Extract, Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) Extract, Dimenthiconol Cyclomethicone, Cyclomenthicone, Pine Pollen
