There's no special makeup for people with spectacles, is the same as people who don't wear spectacle. The most important is the face's feature/shape & the right makeup for the correct venue.

ReplyDeletePeople with puffy eyes are not suitable to use all shimmer eye color, maybe only on the brow bone.
