Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow



Maybelline US have launched their Expert Wear Eye Shadow Quads! Just like most Japanese makeup brands, they've even show you how to apply it correctly. I'm sure soon we'll be able to get it here in Singapore as well! :p

    For puffy eyes better to used the earth tone that's without the shimmering.
