"Flawless Face" from Laura Mercier!

Was quite sad that I've miss out the press event of one of my favorite makeup brand "Laura Mercier" last month, but it's so nice that their brand manager Catherine & her colleague Tiffany from Starlight Cosmetics contacted me again and finally got to meet them up last week. The exciting news about it was to know that "Laura Mercier Cosmetics" will be out in Singapore Sephora end of March2012!! I remember years ago I've bought their loose powder during my trip to US & love it so much! Laura Mercier is a world-renowned makeup artist who've known for her specialty of creating the flawless face and accentuate one's natural beauty! Her clients include Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker, Julia Roberts, Brooke Shields, Celine Dion, Meg Ryan, Isabella Rosellini, Ellen Barkin, Ashley Judd, Meryl Streep and Julia Ormond. Laura was raised in Provence and began her training at age 17 when she entered painting school in Paris. After deciding to shift her talents from the canvas to face, Laura attended the Carita School where she specialized in makeup application. Subsequently she represented Carita as a makeup artist and makeup teacher. In 1985, Laura moved to NY when she was asked to join the team to launch American Elle. Working on advertising campaigns for Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's, Clairol as well as editorial spreads for magazines including Elle, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Seventeen and several other publications. She also have working with L'Oreal, Maybelline, Victoria's Secret, Gap, Banana Republic. Beside she was with Elizaberth Arden and Chanel in designing the makeup looks for their advertising campaigne. Laura developed "Laura Mercier Cosmetics" in 1996. Their awards winning products include 'Tinted Moisturizer, Oil Free Foundation and Secret Camouflage", especially their Tinted Moisturizer was repeatedly being named in magazine "Best Of" awards.
