In addition, I heard of cle de peau BEAUTE's new brillant enhancer that can actually makes your features more 3D? Does it really work? And where and how much I can get it for?

This toner's from Benefit at Tangs.
Cle de peau brilliant enhancer is a hight lighter for face thus using correctly will help to make yr features more 3D. You can get it from Takashimaya. Not sure about the price. Sorry!
