M.A.C. FLASHTRONIC!

Just saw this ranges of new colours from M.A.C website.. Beautiful colours!! Hmmm...I think is very good for people who don't really know how to apply eye or cheek colours!
Colour and light fused to perfection with the pearlized shimmer of Mineralize Skinfinish, complemented by six new marbled shades of Mineralize Eye Shadow and our four new Tinted Lipglass. It's all the flash you need. Limited edition.
MINERALIZE eye shadow
A sheer, pearled, mineralized powder Eye Shadow with up to four shades baked together in one pan. Superfine, lightweight: provides a softly tinted, reflective shimmer on the skin with a delicate sense of dimension. Subtly builds colour and shine. Can be worn on face, eyes or body.
MINERALIZE skinfinish
A luxurious velvet-soft powder with high-frost metallic finish. Smoothes on: adds buffed-up highlights to cheeks and brows, or an overall ultra-deluxe polish to the face.

Hi Andy,

Just to let u know that i really love ur blog. esp when u have make up or skin care recommendations. not forgetting some nice pics u have posted. :)

just to check with u, do u do personal make up courses? how much do u charge?

also, do u have any good eye concealer to recommend? i've been using shu uemura's & YSL but it doesn't seem to last even if i apply make up base as my eye area is a little oily compared to the rest of my face. by the way, can i use loose powder after i've used 2-way cake & blusher? is it recommended? lastly, do u have any good mascara to recommend?

Sorry to have bugged u with so many queries.

Thanks,
MK

Hi MK

Thanks for yr comment! Yes I do conduct one to one personal makeup lesson. Is S$250 per hour.
For concealer I've a few personally liking! Of course it depend on yr budget as well..
(a)Cle de peau BEAUTE have very ggod concealer but very ex!Not sure how much is it now(I think's about $100 per stick)
(b)M.A.C. have a few type of concealer,eg: cream & emulsion. U can go to their counter to try out first??
(c)The Makeup Store in Marina Sq/Paragon also have quite good conealer but u may need to belnd the colour as they come in 3 tone in a compact.
As for using loose powder after u've apply 2 way cake & blusher - hmmmm... maybe too thick in terms of the end results?
For mascara I like Lancome's "Ampisil"(not sure correct spelling?? haha.. & Maybeline Great lashes also not too bad but a bit more difficult to removed. Shiseido also have very good Mascara but they've diffierent type(eg.lengthening, volume etc)Can go check out the counter!
