Have just tried baking this cookies follow by dipping in the melting chocolate! Yummy!!! :)
Cookies in Chocolate
Group A
250g butter
120g icing sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
half teaspoon vanilla essence
Group B
350g cake flour
250g ground almond
Group C
200g whole almond (toasted)
500g baking chocolate (melted)
Mix and beat ingredients in group A thoroughly, add in ingredients of group B to form a dough.
Take a small piece of dough and wrap an almond
Bake it at 180C till light golden shade
Pour the melted chocolate in the chocolate mould half full, place the dough into it, top on with chocolate.
Place in fridge
