Pandan Chiffon Cake

Bought a book "Make Your Own Pastry" by Novum Organum Publishing House. Found my long waited recipe "Pandan Chiffon Cake"! Manage to bake it & its quite nice!

Group A :
200g Plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
5 egg yolks
200ml coconut milk
50ml panda juice
100ml corn oil
1 tsp emulsifier(S.P) or Sponge gel

Group B
10 egg whites
200g sugar
1 tsp cream of tarter

Preheat oven to 165C, Chiffon cake tin(9 inch) with stands.
Sift plain flour and baking powder together, place Group a ingredients in mixer, mix well.
Beat egg whites until frothy,add sugar and cream of tarter, continue beating until firm peaks form.(I usually beat this in fast speed about 15 minutes until firm peaks form,and even when you turn it up side down,it won't flow out)
Fold egg white mixture into egg yolk mixture,mix them well gently.
Pour mixture into baking tin(Tin must not be grease!) and bake at 165C for about 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and "invert tin" . Leave to cool.

thanks for the tips! Now I know why my mixture was dripping when it was in the oven.
