hey andy,
i went to watson last night with my bf and he chose this for me! btw this and bio essence's toner. i love this toner so much! is so easy to absorb and also is very refreshing : ). i think is quite worth the price especially for students that have trouble skin like mine ; ).

This is not a makeup base! Is more like a moisture serum only. Makeup base does help to enchance the texure & the color tone of your skin to prepare it for easy application on foundation.

You've to know that you must let all the skin care products penetrate first before you start applying your makeup! You don't mix the skin care products together with your makeup & apply!!!

The moisture serum help to soften/hydrate the skin hence you'll have a better skin texture.

just want to ask am i supposed to use the za dewey effect lotion with the emulsion or can i just use either one? do they both do the same thing?

Lotion is watery, emulsion is a bit towards the gel & milky mix. Some time it depend on what's the lotion for? As some lotion is for oil controlling thus this maybe a bit drying, but most toner lotion nows day are more like a preparing lotion which helps to soften the outer layer of skin hence prepare the skin to absorption of other skin care products such as moisture emulsion or even cream.
For this case this is a moisturizing dewy emulsion you can skip using the toner.
You can either use cotton pad for application or apply directly.
Hi. I bought this product from taiwan recently. However, I'm not sure whether this is to leave on my face or i have to wash my face after applying on my face.
