Hi Andy!
I'm finishing my bottle of cleansing oil makeup remover from Shiseido and wants to know if this new Biore remover is effective in removing waterproof mascara? I seemed to have problem removing them totally with other cleansing oil, and my eyes get stinged by the cleanser sometimes. Appreciate you advice :)

Is best to used the eye makeup remover from the same brand of your waterproof mascara, as they're mend to removed it.
